Festival Interns at Nordisk Panorama Film Festival

Do you love short films and documentaries?
Working with people?
Have amazing digital and/or logistical skills?

Then we’d love for you to be part of Nordisk Panorama 2017. We’re looking to fill the following positions:

Festival interns – planning and producing the festival
Communication interns – working with text production and editing, photography/video, graphic design and web/app/social media publishing
Programme and event interns – working with content and events
Guest interns – welcoming our community of 900 film professionals
Sales interns – creating a great experience for our audience

As part of our intern team you will assist our Managers and Coordinators in the day to day work, giving you a 360 perspective of what it takes to build a film festival, as well as insight into the film industry.

You’ll be part of a team with high ambitions and an informal and collaborative atmosphere. We love to work with new screening venues: swimming pools, containers or on walls around Malmö. The film festival includes events and experiences engaging the audience: seminars and Q&As with directors and producers around films, innovative experiences and VR.

The festival programme is brand new every year, and your creative input is important in the development of events as well as their execution. If you’re a quick learner, able to juggle different tasks, and have an eye for details, you’ll fit right into our team.

The 28th edition of Nordisk Panorama film festival is held in Malmö September 21-26, 2017. The festival also includes a co-financing forum and a film market for the Nordic film industry. The festival intern positions are based at the festival office in Malmö.

The intern positions are unpaid, but we promise you challenging tasks, team support and a guaranteed steep learning curve.

We’re looking for interns in the period March – September, but we’re flexible with the duration and timeframe of the internships.

If you’re interested, contact us and we’ll tell you more: Send a one pager with motivation, availability and a short description of your skills and main interest to cecilie@nordiskpanorama.com, including information on the internship programme you’re part of.
