Nordisk Panorama’s board is looking for 2 new members with a passion for documentary and short film!

Nordisk Panorama Film Festival is the annual flagship for Nordic documentaries and short films. Since 1990, the festival has shown the best Nordic short films and documentaries in both competitions and special programmes, and honoured the very best Nordic documentaries and short films as award winners. Through Nordisk Panorama Market and Nordisk Panorama Forum, the festival also plays an important role for the Nordic film industry, both by creating a meeting place internally in the Nordics and by inviting international guests.

The Nordisk Panorama board is now has two open positions to represent Norway and Sweden on the board.

A short description of the role:

As a board member, you are elected for five years. During this period, you actively participate in the strategic management and development of Nordisk Panorama. Each year, the board has five meetings (3 physical meetings and 2 online). As a board member, you also visit Nordisk Panorama in Malmö in September each year. On occasions when it is needed, you are also expected to engage in strategic meetings and discussions with Nordic and national stakeholders, as well as other institutions that may be important to the organisation. The position is unpaid, but all travel and accommodation is covered. In addition, DKK 5000 is paid out annually to cover any additional expenses incurred.
