How to watch online

All  films at Nordisk Panorama Film Festival 2020 can be streamed for free and will be available (with only a few exceptions) across all Nordic countries.

How do I create an account?

Visit, and click on “Create Account”. Fill out the form with all the necessary information. That’s all!

How can I watch films?

After creating an account, select a film and click on “Book”. Then, confirm the booking and press “Play Now”.


This year Q&A’s with the filmmakers in out competition programme will be available online as bonus material on our streaming platform.

Stream films for free

You can stream all the films from the programme for free. Remember that there are limited tickets available.


There are 600 tickets available for each film, in most cases. If the film has a blob saying “Sold Out”, it means that there are no tickets left.

Film availability

Once you book a film, you have 24 hours to start streaming it. Once you press play, you will have 36 hours to watch it, all the times that you want.

Films will be available until the 27 September at 23:59.

Talks, masterclasses and in-person events

You can watch many of our talks, events and masterclasses on the streaming platform in the “events & talks” section.

Check each event for info on sign-up and tickets for our in-person events.

City of Malmö’s Audience Award

After watching a film, go to the bonus content, press play on the Audience Award video and click on “Vote”. You will be redirected to our survey platform and you will be able to rate the film with 1 to 5 stars.

The last day to vote is the 22 September.

Number of films

There are 81 films available on the streaming platform.


Most films are available in all five Nordic countries, but some of them not. If the film has a message on the poster saying “Not available in your country”, unfortunately, you won’t be able to watch it due to distribution rights.

Age recommendation

Children’s and Youth films have an age recommendation. Please, check the information on each film before watching it with a minor. If you want more information, please visit our Terms and Conditions page.


All films are screened in English or with English subtitles.
