Momentum

A small boy is on the waiting list for major heart surgery. Deep in the mountains an old man opens his shop, its shelves stacked with tiny spare parts. The old man's collection is a rare one. The parts are used to repair mechanisms all over the world. The small boy gets his heart fixed and a new pacemaker. Watchmakers get replacement working parts that will tick for some time. Without movement there is no time.
