Elsa and the Night
Sigrid och Natten
Elsa has not slept a wink for thirty years. Early one morning, sitting at the kitchen table, she spots an unwelcome guest underneath the kitchen bench. The creature is none other than Night itself. Elsa tells Night about her life and of the death of her best friend, an elephant named Olaf. Finally, Night carries her sleeping in its arms through the town. A poetic bedtime story that soothes and warms.
