A Legacy of Horses

Back in 1996, John was proudly riding bareback among the dreary apartment blocks of Ballymun, a suburb of Dublin where urban horse culture is strong. We first meet him in archive footage as a 16-year-old school dropout. Now, 20 years later, John looks back at his own history as he focuses on transferring the proud legacy of horses to his firstborn son - soon to turn 16.
