Snow
Snow
A Sami woman is sitting in her tent. Her husband enters from a howling snowstorm, leaving their little son outside. The woman walks out into the snow and brings him in to feed him, against his father’s wishes, since the son had failed in the hunt. The son lies in the darkness, whittling a piece of wood. He cuts his hand badly, and weeping, rushes from the tent into the storm. His father goes after him. Part of the project “Contact Shorts” by Ernst Billgren.
