Continuum

A dance video about war, power and violence. In Continuum, people live and die in a civilisation which obscures a violent reality. In a continuous process – a continuum – violence spreads out from individual acts into structural forms and reflects back in individual human destinies. The film’s form is a reference to the media’s daily glimpses of war. We see how violence and survival are portrayed. Authentic material shot in war zones is compared with studio-recorded illusion, challenging the viewer to evaluate the concepts of reality and fiction.
