At First Sight
Ved første blikk
In most people there is an almost compulsive desire to observe others, and preferably to be unrecognised, if not invisible when doing so. The fly-on-the-wall state of mind where irresponsible gluttony and browsing in other people’s lives becomes a drive, a drive that knows no respect. A stage where just everyone else exist, and the self has vanished or has become suppressed. It is the ultimate gaze, the greedy gaze that is everywhere – omnipotent.
