Hedda

Hedda Gjerpen (born 1961) is a classical painter who paints in the figurative style. From the first stroke of the pencil we witness how the picture slowly appears on the canvas. Emphasising on the technical side of painting, the film shows how a painting comes about and how "art" arises from craft.
