Meet Yuleun, a young, hip Chinese in Beijing who wants to become a film director. It is 2002, the Year of the Horse, and important things are about to happen - at least according to fortune-teller Bao Tong. Elisabeth Sjaastad wanted to document these events and followed her friend, at the same time portraying China today with all its contrasts and contradictions.
