Loving Lorna

The love and knowledge of horses has always been strong in Ballymun, a suburb outside of Dublin. Lorna and her family are part of this culture, which has been their saving grace. Lorna and her father take the horses out to graze on empty lots, and she dreams about becoming a farrier - someone who shoes horses. Lorna's best friend is Big Foot, the horse her father gave her when she was one. A poetic coming-of-age film, a story of survival, relationships, horses and dreams.
