In a distant past, a soldier of uncertain allegiance stumbles through a vast, desolate landscape, trying to escape the evil he’s done. Fearing judgement in the afterlife, he yearns for immortality – and stumbles upon a talking rock that promises him exactly that. But as always with these bargains, there’s a catch.
