Cautionary Tales

There’s nothing quite like a good yarn, and this programme of shorts is full to the brim with them. First up, we take a trip back to the 1890s in IURIMA – A Tale of Three Fishermen, where a trio of fishermen discover their catches are dwindling and the fallout takes an unexpected turn. Jakob Márky & Kasper Häggström’s Cows pulls off a brilliantly executed single-joke premise, while Earworm, from the acclaimed comedy short director Patrik Eklund, just might be the funniest short film you’ll see all year.
