Intern to Nordisk Panorama Forum

Get the chance to have a look behind the scenes of  one of the most renowned Forum for documentary film and help to shape our 2025 edition by becoming our intern.
Nordisk Panorama Forum is the annual meeting place and funding event for Nordic documentary professionals, looking to connect with a variety of Nordic and international decision-makers from TV, film institutes and regional film funds taking place in September in Malmö.

Your responsibilities:

  • working hands on with the documentary project submissions for the forum, processing within our own database
  • having direct contact with filmmakers, producers and international documentary professionals
  • handling of accreditations to the Nordisk Panorama Forum 2025
  • co-creating our Forum catalogue which presents selected projects and event details

You will be working mainly from our Copenhagen office (with the Forum team as well as liaise with all other departments of the festival and other partner organisations.

During the event in September in Malmö, Sweden, you will be a key person in our Forum team and help running our events smoothly.

Ideally you can work with us 4-5 days per week up until the festival in September, but we’re open for other solutions as well.

Deadline for application: 7 April. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.

Start: May 2025 or as discussed.

We can’t offer you a salary, but you will get unique insight into the Nordic and international documentary community. Occasional travels to Malmö will be compensated.

Qualifications

You speak and write well in English, are systematic and well organized with an eye for detail and good service. You are curious and with an interest in documentaries as well as responsible and can take initiative.
