As summer heats up, we’re eagerly looking ahead to September, when we’ll welcome you back to Malmö for the 36th edition of Nordisk Panorama Film Festival. Sanna Kultanen appointed new Finnish Board Member for Nordisk Panorama

Sanna Kultanen is a film professional with a broad background in the audiovisual sector. She has been running the Finnish Documentary Guild since 2019. Kultanen has previously worked as a film producer at various film production companies, with film festivals and markets and with film commission activities in Northern Finland.

Sanna Kultanen takes over the role from Janne Niskala.

Host a Happy Hour at Nordisk Panorama?

Do you want to showcase your organisation to the Nordic film industry? We are looking for Happy Hour Sponsors for Nordisk Panorama Film Festival 2025.

Every year we welcome about 900 accredited guests to our yearly film festival in Malmö. Saturday, Sunday and Monday during festival week we all meet up at Happy Hour to enjoy a drink or two and mingle with fellow Nordic colleagues. As a Happy Hour Sponsor you’ll get the opportunity to give a short presentation during the event and get your brand visible on both digital and printed material.

Doc Forward in Oslo

As part of the Doc Forward workshops, this year’s ten projects met with broadcasters, sales agents and film consultants from the Nordic film institutes last week in Oslo. A warm thank you to all participants for sharing your projects, your expertise and for creating such a warm atmosphere.

Doc Forward is a project-driven co-production workshop for emerging Nordic documentary producers and directors. The focus is on nationally established and new talent directors with ambitions to go international in partnership with both new and more established producers.
