The Lost Warrior

When Mohammed was three years old he and his two older sisters were sent from Somalia to London for a better life. As a teenager there, he was jailed for a drug offence and deported back to Somalia at the age of 19. He was recruited by the Al-Shabaab terrorist organisation, before understanding what they were about. He fled and hid underground in Mogadishu for several years without really knowing anything about the clan system or the Somali way of life.
