The Boiling Point
For years, 82-year-old Marja has been stewing in frustration: she is always taken advantage of. When her telephone call is disconnected while she is still on hold, she boils over. Taking a rifle, she goes to a customer service office, seeking revenge. She puts the cold barrel to the head of Jens, an officious employee, and he and his colleagues are forced to watch Marja execute her grand plan: to make the world a better place, if only for a couple of minutes.
