Three delegates from Sweden, Norway and Finland gather in Lapland to approve an art piece to be placed where the three borders meet. But instead of a sculpture, the commissioned artist presents his idea for a Nordic Dance. The delegates are faced with the challenges of a democratic decision-making process. An example of Nordic collaboration.
