Concert: VED 

For years, VED’s tour to Central Asia has lived on as an urban legend in Malmö. Now the film Vedistan finally hits the screen at Hypnos Theatre and the band completes the night with a concert at Brogatan. 

Malmö music collective VED fuse the pulse of post-punk with free jazz, progressive rock and electronic music. Rhythmic repetition collides with hypnotic melodies, free improvisation, sampled sounds and field recordings to create music that refuses to stay within a single genre. 

Since 2010, VED have released five albums, three EPs, and a string of singles and cassettes, while touring extensively throughout Scandinavia, Germany, England and Spain. Tonight, they will bring it all back home.
