Tor Heine plays guitar and sings in a band with ten other musicians. Eight of them are mentally impaired. All have distinct personalities, abilities and, not least, widely varying ambitions. The guys have kept the music going for 13 years, providing a great deal of pleasure to local communities. But Tor Heine has bigger plans — he wants to go solo!
