Gitte Hansen

Film Consultant

Gitte is a film consultant with focus on project  development, production, financing and distribution of films with international potential.

Gitte is a committed mentor for co-production training-schemes Close-Up and Kähittämö – the Finnish Talent Development Lab, as well as leading tutor of workshop & North Pitch – Below Zero.

In addition, she serves as tutor or expert at various events and organizations, and she works with production companies with a background as executive producer of more than 20 international documentaries and series for First Hand Films, where she was deputy director and headed sales and acquisitions for many years. Gitte holds a Master of Film & Rhetoric from the University of Copenhagen.
