Here a few of our more regular questions answered.

How do I buy a ticket?

You can purchase festival passes & tickets online before and during the festival.
During the festival tickets are also available at our Ticket Desk at Cinema Panora.
Payments methods: card or Swish.
All tickets are non-numbered and non-refundable.
If a screening is sold out, you can join the drop-in line for no-show seats.

How do I book a ticket with a festival pass?

We will send you a confirmation email from Eventive titled “Your pass has been created and added to your account.”

1. Select a screening/event you want to attend on nordiskpanorama.com and click “GET TICKETS” a pop-up window will appear, please log in with your accreditation email.
2. Once logged in click on “Quick order 1 ticket with …” and the total amount should be 0.00 SEK.
3. You will receive an order confirmation with a PDF ticket on your email. Present your ticket at the cinema entrance.

How do I book a ticket with an accreditation?

We will send you a confirmation email from Eventive titled “Your pass has been created and added to your account.”

How do I manage or cancel my tickets?

1. Go to the Eventive My Tickets and login with your Eventive login.
2. Here you can see all the tickets you have booked and you can also cancel tickets.

Sold out screenings: If a film screening or seminar is sold out, you can wait in the drop-in line at the venue for no-show seats.

How old must I be to buy a ticket?

Everyone purchasing a ticket for Nordisk Panorama Film Festival must be over 15 years old. Children between 11 and 15 have the right to enter only if they are accompanied by a guardian over 18.
All films have a Swedish age recommendation of 15+, unless stated otherwise.
