A Home on Every Floor

Det finnes ingen naboer her lenger

Hanna Asefaw grew up in the late 90s in Oslo with her Eritrean family. They lived in a council housing project for low-income families. When it was sold to a private investor the tenants were evicted. Asefaw revisits her childhood, reflecting on community, diversity and belonging. She is critical of Norwegian housing policy.
