Sexiness takes centre stage in this specially curated selection of erotic and explicit films from across the Nordic region.

From experiences of all-consuming desire to a pool stick that simply hits the mark, this collaboration with Fennek Film is turning the heat up, adding a hint of the sensual, the subversive and the unapologetically explicit to this year’s festival programme. These films highlight the beauty, vulnerability and pleasure of human connection, reminding us of the power of desire on screen. Because that’s right – we don’t think that arousal and art are necessarily at odds. As an extra treat, we’re blurring the lines between the screen and the stage, with live performances that expand the filmic worlds opening and closing the programme.
