Meditation

I am not sure whether is was fate or just pure luck that led me to Yvonne Göransson. When Holland House asked me if I could portray a Danish woman in Sweden, I had been busy contemplating a film about a female sharpshooter. Firing from the hip I rang the Swedish Rifle Association, and who answers the phone but a woman with a fenuine Danish accent. Yvonne Göransson, domestic science teacher by training, mother of two sons and a passionate marksman since her youth. She has also been in the Danish national team. I was highly enthusiastic but Yvonne took the whole thing calmy. I am not sure she really thought it would come to anything b before she got to see the finished film.
