Bruised by a fading fishing industry and the global financial crisis of 2008, Iceland's economy relies on its booming tourism industry. In the harbour town of Seyðisfjörður, cruise ship visitors outnumber the local population six-fold. The visitors contribute to the shifting identities of the communities they visit.
