A World of Gitte & Other Beings

80-year-old Gitte, who lives in her small terraced house, loves to perform and welcomes us into her world of characters, which includes a 4-year-old girl, a cabaret singer, and a woman struggling with her dental prosthesis. Behind these characters, Gitte reveals a life filled with both sorrow and love, which she embraces by generously sharing her story. We meet her daughter from beyond the grave and hear about her son’s fight for justice as a former mink farmer. And, of course, we meet her cat.
