The film introduces us to three elderly immigrants: Justine, a retired pharmacist from Uganda; Sisto, a refugee from South Sudan; and Ben Allal, a Moroccan artist, all of whom have lived most of their adult lives in Finland. Their stories shine a light on the challenges that all ageing immigrants must face, their emotional and practical struggles arising from growing old far away from their roots.
