Rhythm

When asked to make an episode for "Danish Girls Show Everything", I initiatlly refused. I had no ideas, no relation to Danish girls or Denmark - except to Carlsberg beer and pølse sausages. I felt like somebody who has hardly learnt the tango before being asked to do the samba. But the request was so stubbornly put - they had obviously failed to get Taratino - that I finally gave up. Still without ideas, I was fortunate enough to meet Lis Dam in Rio de Janeiro. She knew all the dances but told me that samba is something a European can never learn. So there I was again, frustrated, unable to dance samba. But then I had my second stroke of luck: I stumbled upon Imperatiriz Leopoldinense, the best samba school in Rio - or the world. So I decided to give the samba a try... Rhythm is part of "Danish Girls Show Everything".
