Moderator Meetings 2025
On Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 September all pitch teams will have a meeting on Zoom with the moderator who will be moderating their pitch. Each team will have 20 min for their meeting.

Pitch teams will receive the meeting link and calendar invitation on Tuesday 12 September. Please note, all times are in CEST (Malmö time).

The pitch trailer must follow these specifications:

File size: Preferably max 1 GBThe trailers are played from a mac, QLab is used for playback.
Sound Stereo 2.0.
A standard slide featuring the project’s information will be made by the Forum team. You have the possibility to show additional pictures or slides during the pitch. You can send us pictures as JPEG and slides as PDF files. Please note that pictures and slides must be in a horizontal format.
All material (pitch trailers, pictures, slides) should be sent to Cassandre Lyotier (forumacoordinator@nordiskpanorama.com) by Thursday 18 Sept (noon CEST).
